Electro-Mechanical Assembler

ReeVR are looking for multiple skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler's to join our clients production team in High Wycombe.
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience.
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times and an early finish on Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will use hand tools (cutters, crimp tools, screwdrivers) and soldering irons to assemble components following work instructions, drawings, and verbal guidance.
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will communicate progress, issues, and quality concerns with the Cell Supervisor.
Follow 5S, health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe workplace.
Participate in training for additional equipment as required.
Perform other related tasks as needed, supporting the production team as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler.
Requirements:
Able to accurately read, write, speak, and interpret English.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Skilled in the use of hand tools and soldering irons—essential for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler role.
Desirable:
Competent with measurement tools (volt meters, continuity testers, force gauges, micrometers, verniers, oscilloscopes).
Familiarity with computers for data entry and reading documents (Word, Excel, or equivalent).
