Engineering Trainer/Assessor – Essex
Salary: £31,284 – £35,228 per year + up to £5,000 skills shortage payment
28.68% pension contributions (tax free)

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for sharing your knowledge? Boston Rose are recruiting for a motivated Engineering Trainer Assessor to join a leading education provider in Essex.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding role where you’ll help shape the next generation of engineers, working closely with apprentices and and engineering employers in Essex.
The Role:
* Deliver high-quality training and assessment to engineering learners at various levels within their workplaces.
* Support apprentices and students in building the technical skills and confidence needed for successful careers.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders and colleagues to provide an outstanding learner and customer experience.
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Assessor/Verifier Awards (A1, TAQA, or equivalent) / willing to obtain.
* Level 2 or above in English and Maths (GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent).
* Substantial industry experience within engineering and manufacturing.
