Job Description

English Teacher Location: Acton Contract: Permanent Salary: £42,319 - £46,328 per annum Start Date: September Commutable From: Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, Camden The Opportunity: Long Term Futures are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding specialist SEN provision supporting pupils across KS2, KS3 and KS4. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver a creative and accessible English Language & Literature curriculum to neurodiverse learners, including pupils with ASC and SEMH needs. You will play a key role in supporting pupils to achieve EHCP targets, literacy development, and accredited qualifications such as Functional Skills, GCSEs, and A Levels where appropriate. This is an ideal role for a teacher who takes a holistic, therapeutic, and personalised approach to education.
