English Teacher –Crawley

Are you an ECT or experienced English Teacher looking for a new challenge?

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated English Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary mainstream school in the Crawley area. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated department committed to helping students achieve their full potential.

The Role

  * Teaching English across Key Stage 3

  * Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons

  * Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve strong outcomes

  * Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  * Full-time opportunity

  * Paid to scale

The Ideal Candidate

  * Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

  * ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply

  * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  * Passionate about teaching and inspiring young people

  * Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
