Role Summary:
 We are seeking a passionate English Teacher to work within our SEN setting. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, differentiated English lessons that meet the unique learning needs of our students while fostering confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the individual needs of SEN students.
Support students' social and emotional development alongside their academic progress.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and bespoke learning strategies.
Maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting approaches as required.Person Specification:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with SEN or SEMH students is highly desirable.
Strong classroom management skills with patience and empathy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to promoting the wellbeing and personal development of students.
