Job Description
Our client continues to secure a diverse pipeline of construction and utility projects and is seeking a skilled Estimator to support future growth. This is a great opportunity to join a business known for quality, innovation and client trust.
The Role
You will play a vital role in preparing competitive tenders for new-build projects, refurbishments, external works and multi-utility installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
* Analysing drawings, specifications and technical information
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
* Supporting utility pricing (connections, upgrades, diversions, disconnections)
* Offering value-engineering solutions and commercial insight
* Maintaining accurate cost databases and tender records
About You
* Previous experience as an Estimator in construction or utilities
* Strong technical and numerical understanding
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced tendering environment
* Collaborative approach to working with internal teams
