We're looking for a skilled Exams Officer to join a dynamic and professional administration team. If you're confident using Microsoft Office-especially Excel and Word-and thrive under pressure, this could be the perfect role for you!
🧩 About the role:
Coordinate exam scheduling and room bookings
Manage exam entries and candidate data
Liaise with exam boards and meet deadlines
Prepare and distribute exam materials
Oversee exam day procedures
Handle secure storage of exam papers
Process exam results and queries
Support the admin team with general tasks
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
Good communication skills with a strong command of English and Maths
Experience in an administrative or exam-related role (desirable)To be eligible you must:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional references
This is a part time position starting in September 2025 (or sooner for the right candidate).
