Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced practitioner, we are excited to receive your application! About Us: Our school is an Outstanding institution with a strong focus on nurturing the potential of every child. We have a Good Ofsted rating and are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating environment where both staff and pupils thrive. Our dedicated team of educators work collaboratively to provide high-quality education and holistic development, with a strong emphasis on social, emotional, and academic growth. With a nurturing, child-centered approach, we are dedicated to supporting our EYFS children in their early learning journey. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to inspire young minds, foster creativity, and build solid foundations for their future academic success. The Role: As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for our youngest learners. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum, while also focusing on developing each child's social, emotional, and cognitive skills. This position is open to ECTs, and we are committed to supporting your professional development through mentoring and CPD opportunities to ensure you are equipped to excel in your teaching career. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum. * Foster a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn. * Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to ensure each child’s development. * Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of children, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported. * Build positive, trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. * Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities and school events. * Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain high teaching standards across the school. What We Offer: * A full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025. * A nurturing and supportive school environment that prioritizes the well-being of both staff and students. * A strong commitment to professional development with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. * A dedicated mentoring system for ECTs, providing support in your first years of teaching. * A collaborative team that shares ideas and best practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for children. * Access to excellent teaching resources and a well-equipped learning environment. * A focus on work-life balance and staff well-being. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * Experience working within EYFS or a keen interest in developing your career in Early Years education. * A passionate and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to engage and inspire young children. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A commitment to fostering children’s social, emotional, and academic development. * A collaborative attitude, willing to work closely with colleagues to share and develop best practices. Location: Our school is located in the vibrant and diverse area of Harrow, with great transport links to central London and surrounding areas. Harrow offers a wonderful community feel, with plenty of local parks, shops, and amenities, making it an ideal place to work and live.
