Are you a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher looking for a new opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our welcoming and vibrant school in Hertfordshire from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will have the chance to shape the educational experience of our youngest students in a supportive, nurturing environment. About Us: Located in the heart of Hertfordshire, our school prides itself on providing a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for all our students. Our school has a strong community focus and an excellent reputation for supporting both staff and pupils to achieve their best. Rated Good by Ofsted, we are committed to creating a learning atmosphere that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning from the very start of each child's educational journey. The Role: As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality education to our youngest learners. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and independence in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. You will work closely with other teachers and support staff to provide a nurturing, supportive, and inclusive classroom where children can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. With your creative and energetic teaching approach, you will help ensure every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS children, following the Early Years curriculum. * Create a safe and stimulating learning environment where children feel motivated and excited to learn. * Monitor and assess children's progress, providing tailored support to help them achieve their full potential. * Develop and implement individual learning plans for children with specific needs. * Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support the growth and development of every child. * Foster a positive relationship with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s learning journey. * Contribute to the wider school community, taking part in school events and extracurricular activities as appropriate. What We Offer: * A permanent, full-time position starting in September 2025. * A supportive and welcoming school community where every child is valued, and staff are encouraged to grow professionally. * Professional development opportunities to help you develop and enhance your skills. * Access to a range of teaching resources and support to create the best possible learning environment. * A strong focus on work-life balance, with a caring and inclusive culture within the school. * Great transport links and a beautiful, green, and supportive community to work in. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. * Experience working with young children, with a passion for Early Years education. * Creative, patient, and enthusiastic, with the ability to inspire young minds. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. * A commitment to the welfare and development of children. * A flexible and proactive approach to teaching, with a focus on making learning fun and engaging. * An ability to work well as part of a team. Location: Our school is located in Hertfordshire, an area known for its beautiful countryside, excellent schools, and vibrant communities. Hertfordshire offers easy access to London, as well as great local amenities, transport links, and a family-friendly atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to live and work.
