Position: EYFS Teacher Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Permanent Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering an engaging and stimulating curriculum that sparks curiosity, encourages creativity, and fosters a love of learning in our youngest children. You will work in a supportive, welcoming school environment that values the holistic development of every child, ensuring they grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver a vibrant EYFS curriculum that excites and motivates young learners. * Create a nurturing, positive environment where children feel safe, happy, and supported. * Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored support to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. * Work closely with parents to build strong relationships and support children’s development both at home and at school. * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of teaching and effective team working. * Safeguard and promote the well-being of children, ensuring a caring and secure learning environment. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). * Experience teaching in an Early Years setting (preferably EYFS). * Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early childhood education. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. * A commitment to creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment for young learners. * The ability to work as part of a team, sharing ideas and best practices with colleagues. * A dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
