Are you a Fabric Technician / Facilities Technician, looking to join a rapidly expanding, UK leading company within a steady role offering work life balance?

In this role you will be given autonomy over fabric / building maintenance including but not necessarily limited to: lighting equipment, fixed wire testing, water testing, legionella control, plumbing / pipework, and other general minor electrical / mechanical repairs.
This role suits a Fabric Technician / Facilities Technician looking for a secure role with great work life balance, working within one of the UKs highest growth companies.
The Role:
M-F, 8am-4pm
Site based general maintenance
Working with on-site team and external contractorsThe Person:

General building fabric, mechanical & electrical knowledge
Any form of engineering / trade qualification would be beneficial
