We are currently looking for a Facilities Helpdesk administrator to work with an education establishment in Huddersfield, HD1. This is a temporary role for 3+ months.
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm
Hourly rate £13.46 per hour
Enhanced DBS required.
The core responsibilities for this role are:
Following up any remedial works that are required to ensure the business remains compliant
Schedule PPM tasks in with Contractors
Answering calls
Raising Purchase Orders
Raise Work Orders
Other relevant tasks
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Understanding of basic IT programmes (Word / Excel) - essential
Experience using CAFM system - essential
understand reactive and PPM jobs - essential
Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels
Good time management skills
Have a good understanding of what Facilities Management is
