Key Responsibilities:-
We are currently seeking a dedicated Family Law/Private Client Fee Earner to join our legal team in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of family law and private client matters.
What we are looking for:-
Manage a caseload of family law and private client matters, including divorce, child custody, wills, probate, and estate planning
Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
Prepare legal documents and correspondence
Attend court hearings and meetings with clients
Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and private client regulations
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
Practising Certificate in Family Law
Excellent knowledge of UK family law and private client matters
