💼 We’re Hiring: Finance Assistant
Yolk Expressa is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our financial operations. This role is essential to keeping our cost control, payments, and records efficient and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) routines.
*
Assist with invoice processing, approvals, and payment scheduling.
*
Perform cost control, expense tracking, and budgeting support.
*
Manage and organize financial documentation and administrative tasks.
*
Conduct VAT checks, reconciliation, and ensure compliance accuracy.
*
Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger updates.
*
Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
*
Help maintain organized digital and physical records.
*
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding financial queries.
*
Support improvements in finance workflows and processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
*
Experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
*
Knowledge of AP/AR routines and basic accounting principles.
*
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
*
Good Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, record keeping).
*
Experience with Xero is highly advantageous.
*
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
*
Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
