up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Excellent training and developmentRoles & Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of food safety procedures and practices
Identify and assess potential risks in the production process
Ensure all food safety procedures are followed as per standards and regulations
Report and document audit findings
Recommend improvements to enhance food safety measures
Stay updated on food safety regulations and industry trends
Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety practices
Maintain communication with management on food safety issues
Prepare and present audit reports and recommendationsKnowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Food Safety Auditor or similar role
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000 etc.)
Excellent observational and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
