We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Food Technology Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in North Manchester. The school has a strong reputation for its supportive environment, excellent leadership, and commitment to high standards in both academic and vocational learning.

As a Food Technology Teacher, you'll be delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop practical cookery skills and a solid understanding of nutrition, food science, and healthy living. You'll have access to well-equipped facilities and the support of a collaborative Design and Technology department.

The ideal Food Technology Teacher will:

Be a qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) with experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level

Be confident planning and delivering engaging lessons that motivate and challenge students

Demonstrate strong classroom management and excellent subject knowledge

Be committed to supporting students' progress and maintaining high standards

Hold a valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
