Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer – FM Service Provider - Piccadilly - Temp ongoing - Immediate start

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in the City. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in West London on a temp ongoing basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings in the West End. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance. 

Hours of work / Information

Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
Foot Mobile - Buildings are all within close proximity of each other
Temporary ongoing

Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
AHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc)
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motorsRequirements

Electrically/Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
City & Guilds - 18th Edition 
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
Must be available to start ASAP
