At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Forklift Driver to work with Unipart JCB, a leading company known for its expertise in logistics and supply chain management. Unipart JCB provides comprehensive services, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions.
Shift Patterns:
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00 (+1h committed OT)
Friday: 07:00 - 12:00
Pay Rates:
Standard: £13.67 per hour
Overtime: £20.50 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)As an Forklift Operator you will need to have:
Previous experience operating FLT (Counterbalance/Reach Truck/Bendi)
Valid FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Ability to work alone
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a very fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills (using radios)
This role requires working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditionsRole of a Forklift Operator:
Check loads for accuracy, damage, and security
Move around goods and materials in timely manner
Organising and stowing pallets in the designated areas
Conduct daily inspections and report any faults to management
Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
