Client-Side Development Monitoring Surveyor – London
 Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 + Benefits

The Role

- Review appraisals, cost plans, and development risks
 - Assess drawdowns and report on progress across live projects
 - Liaise with developers, valuers, and professional teams
 - Provide concise, informed advice that shapes lending outcomes
