German Speaking Business Development Executive | No Experience Required | £37,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Monday to Friday | 8am – 5pm

Are you fluent in German and looking for a career that offers genuine progression, international travel and the opportunity to earn well from day one?

Perhaps you've recently graduated, worked in hospitality, retail, customer service or another customer-facing environment and are looking for your first opportunity in professional sales.

We're recruiting for a German Speaking Business Development Executive to join an established international business based in Manchester City Centre.

This is a genuine entry-level opportunity where no previous sales experience is required. The business is looking for ambitious, driven individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to build a successful long-term career.

You'll receive full training, ongoing development and a clear progression path into Account Management.

The Role

  * Building relationships with businesses across Germany and other German-speaking territories.

  * Identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  * Engaging with decision-makers and introducing solutions that help support business growth.

  * Managing opportunities from initial contact through to close.

  * Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

  * Developing long-term customer relationships.

  * Keeping CRM records and sales activity up to date.

  * Travelling internationally to meet customers and attend industry events.

  * Progressing into an Account Manager position as your experience develops.

What We're Looking For

  * Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.

  * A genuine desire to build a career in sales.

  * Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  * Ambitious, driven and self-motivated.

  * Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport.

  * Full UK Driving Licence.

No Previous Sales Experience Required

We're far more interested in attitude, personality and ambition than previous sales experience.

Whether you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, travel, events or have recently graduated, full training and support will be provided.
