Goods In / Out Supervisor
We have immediate start for a Goods In / Out Supervisor in Northampton
As the Goods-In/Out Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods. You will collaborate with various departments, manage inventory levels, and contribute to the smooth flow of goods in and out of our clients warehouses in Northampton.

Salary - £14.80ph
Working Hours are - 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Location - Northampton
Duration - Temp to perm
Role of a Goods In / Out Supervisor
* Supervise all goods into the warehouses in line with company processes
* Supervise all outbound goods in line with company processes
* Update the warehouse management systems in a timely manor
* Produce all documentation for all inbound loads
* Ensure all inbound loads a scanned away into a location
* Oversee the process for all incoming / outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
* Inspect received goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders and specifications.
* Inspect all outgoing goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with picking sheets and orders
* Ensure timely and accurate recording of received goods in the inventory management system.

Requirements for a Goods In / Out Supervisor
* Experience in goods-in/out supervisory role or a similar role
* Counterbalance licence (desirable)
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
* Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving abilities to address issues related to incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
