Shifts:

6:00am to 2:00pm

2:00pm to 10:00pm
*
Or rotating between both shifts

Days: Monday to Friday
About the Role:
Industrious is recruiting for Goods In Operatives to join a busy and dynamic distribution environment. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring that all inbound deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately, supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Receive and check incoming goods, ensuring all items are counted and recorded correctly.
*
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
*
Accurately update stock systems and maintain clear records.
*
Move, sort, and store goods safely within the warehouse.
*
Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain a high standard of warehouse organization.
*
Adhere to all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a Goods In, Warehouse, or Logistics role is a strong advantage.
*
Good attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
*
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks safely.
*
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
