A well-established building consultancy with a strong regional presence is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol team. This role offers excellent APC support and hands-on project exposure from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting with a broad range of Building Surveying instructions
Supporting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and reports
Exposure to contract administration and project monitoring work
Attending site visits and client meetings with senior staff
Working across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets
Building core competencies required for APC progression
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
1-2 years post grad experience
Keen interest in becoming MRICS qualified
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
Full UK driving licence or working towards it
