The Role As our Graduate Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants with candidate engagement, research, administration, and project coordination. This is an ideal placement for someone looking to develop experience in: Recruitment HR and people operations Business support Communications Marketing / employer branding Professional servicesYou don't need recruitment experience - just the willingness to learn, ask questions, and get involved. What You'll Be Doing Speaking confidently with candidates by phone, taking messages, and directing enquiries professionally. Handling confidential information with care and discretion. Supporting the preparation of job adverts and social media content, and helping to showcase our clients and the roles they are hiring for. Coordinating interviews, scheduling calls, tracking activity, and updating systems. Reviewing CVs and helping match candidates to active vacancies. Supporting consultants with research on clients, industries, and talent markets. Helping ensure that all candidate communication is friendly, professional, and timely. Working closely with our small, supportive team - learning from experienced consultants who are happy to coach and mentor you.Who We're Looking For A Graduate from any discipline, ideally: Business, HR, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, English or similar…but any degree is welcome. You will be: Curious - you ask questions, seek clarity, and enjoy learning. Confident and professional - especially on the phone. Organised - able to track activity and keep on top of details. Friendly and approachable - you'll be speaking with a wide range of people. Discreet - you understand confidentiality and the importance of trust. A team player - we work collaboratively and supportively every day.This placement is particularly valuable for graduates who are exploring careers in HR, talent acquisition, business operations, consulting, or people-related roles.
