Graduate Recruitment Consultant - US Construction & Engineering Markets

Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-8:00pm | Friday Work From Home
Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing

Recruiting skilled professionals for construction and engineering projects across the US.
Building relationships with clients and candidates in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to placement and account management.
Working closely with some of the most exciting construction and engineering businesses in North America.
Developing market expertise within specialist sectors and geographic regions.

Flexible Working

Office-based Monday to Thursday (12:00pm-8:00pm) to align with US business hours.
Work from home every Friday.
