Graduate Teaching Assistant | Enfield | £82.14-£100 per day | Immediate Start | Full-Time or Flexible Work

Reeson Education is recruiting dynamic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across a network of excellent primary schools in Enfield. These roles are ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about education and want to gain practical classroom experience before moving into teaching or psychology.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing one-to-one and group support, particularly for children with special educational needs (SEN) such as autism and ADHD.

Role Details for the Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Pay: £82.14-£100 per day (PAYE)

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Enfield (Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Southgate)

Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, flexible days available

Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Support teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and activities

Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs or learning challenges

Assist in classroom management and behaviour support

Help create inclusive and engaging learning environments

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to promote pupil progress

Requirements for a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

A recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, English, Education, or a related subject

Strong communication and organisational skills

A calm, patient, and proactive approach

A desire to work with children and young people in an educational setting

Some experience working or volunteering with children is highly desirable
