Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Enfield

A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Enfield is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This full-time role (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday) is available to start in September 2025, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with teachers and students in a dynamic school environment.
About the Role:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation
Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) where required
Develop a deeper understanding of the teaching profession and school lifeRequirements:
A degree in any subject (Education, English, Maths, Science, or Psychology advantageous)
A passion for supporting young people in their learning and development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or in a school)
