Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to support learners aged 4-11. You'll be embedded in a warm, inclusive primary setting, working closely with class teachers to support academic, social and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-to-one and small-group support in literacy, numeracy, confidence building
Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and curriculum adaptation
Support effective behaviour management and pastoral care
Nurture pupils' emotional well‑being in an inclusive environment
Ideal Candidate:
Holds (or is due to complete) a bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject
Has some form of experience working with children-volunteering, tutoring, paid or degree-related
Excellent communicator, proactive team worker, reliable and adaptable
