The Role:
Work across the school on a part-time basis, supporting pupils in EYFS, KS1, KS2, or SEN depending on the school’s needs and your strengths. You will provide a mixture of 1:1 support, small-group intervention, and general classroom assistance, helping pupils stay engaged, access learning, and make steady progress across the school week.
The Candidate:
You are adaptable, encouraging, and able to build positive relationships with pupils across different age groups and needs. You want meaningful classroom experience, enjoy helping children grow in confidence, and are keen to develop the practical skills needed for a future in teaching. Requirements
• Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
• Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Career Goals – A desire to train as a teacher and build a long-term career in education.
