Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves design but also wants to get involved in wider marketing activities — from product launches and international campaigns to events and social media promotions.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Create and develop designs for digital and print, including brochures, flyers, adverts, packaging, exhibition stands, and web content.
▪ Work on social media campaigns, creating visuals and short animations to support brand and product promotions.
▪ Assist with event and exhibition materials, including signage, banners, and on-site branding.
▪ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop global campaigns and product launch assets.
▪ Maintain brand consistency across all communications, ensuring alignment with BGA’s visual identity.
▪ Support in-house photography, video editing, and creative content production when required.
▪ Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and brand recognition.
Skills:
▪ Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus).
▪ Strong creative and conceptual design skills with great attention to detail.
▪ A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved in a variety of projects.
▪ Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
▪ A passion for design and interest in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
