We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a thriving gastro pub set in a beautiful and historic location. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef who wants full creative input and the autonomy to shape and develop an exciting food offering.
The venue is well known for its quality pub classics and seasonal specials, and our client is now looking for an innovative Head Chef to take the menu to the next level with fresh ideas, strong leadership, and exceptional standards.
The Role
As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, including:
* Designing and developing menus
* Leading and managing the kitchen team
