 Horizon Teachers is seeking an ambitious and inspiring Head of Business Studies to join a thriving secondary school in Hounslow from September. Proven experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.

Commitment to delivering an engaging and ambitious curriculum.Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the Business Studies department across KS4 and KS5.
Develop and implement an innovative and engaging curriculum.
Monitor student progress and drive improvements in attainment and achievement.
Support, mentor, and develop colleagues within the department.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
