We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Officer to join our client based in Croydon. This is a key role, responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of workplace health and safety across the organisation.

Job Description
Manage and develop companywide health & safety policies, risk assessments, audits, and training
Deliver inductions, conduct safety walkarounds, and lead H&S committee meetings
Analyse incident trends, implement corrective actions, and prepare board-level reports
Ensure all training, inspections, and safety documentation is up to date and compliant
Maintain all relevant accreditations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
Health and Safety Officer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar Health & Safety role
NEBOSH or equivalent qualification preferred
Strong understanding of H&S legislation and audit processes
A valid UK driving licence – some travel to UK sites will be required on occasion
