Are you an experienced Heating Surveyor looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will lead, manage, and deliver surveys across residential projects. and void properties.
As the Heating Surveyor, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
* Actively support the Health and Safety Program and all actions specific to meeting annual H&S goals and objections
* Provide detailed drawings at survey stage, highlighting key requirements to meet the specification and regulatory requirements
* Pass all relevant surveys within a set period through to the design team to meet target dates
* Measure and record property dimensions, insulation levels, ventilation, and heat loss to determine appropriate system specifications
* Coordinate with installation teams and project managers to ensure smooth handover from survey to installation
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Heating Surveyor, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
* Extensive experience surveying in a domestic environment ideally within a social housing setting
* Strong knowledge of heating systems including gas boilers, renewable technologies (heat pumps, solar thermal), and controls
* Familiarity with industry regulations such as Gas Safe, MCS, and Building Regulations
* Full UK driving licence
* Proficient in using digital survey tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with energy efficiency surveys or EPC assessments
