LGV C+E Driver (Class 1)
Location: Skelmersdale
Start Date: Immediate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Freelance
Annual Pay: £40,000 – £50,000
About the Role
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join a forward-thinking logistics operation in Skelmersdale. This is an active driving role with 1–4 store deliveries per shift using roll cages, requiring regular manual handling. Shifts are typically 10–12 hours.
We welcome applications from both PAYE and LTD drivers.

Pay Rates (Per Shift)
Day Shifts

What You'll Do
*
Complete multi-drop deliveries to retail stores and RDCs
*
Unload roll cages manually at customer sites
*
Carry out vehicle and load safety checks
*
Return accurate paperwork and PODs
*
Follow site rules, legal guidelines, and driving regulations
*
Communicate effectively with the Transport Office
What You’ll Need
*
LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
*
CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*
Minimum 1 year of Class 1 experience
*
Confidence with physical work and cage handling
*
Good UK road knowledge
*
Reliable, professional attitude
