Job Description

James Lewis are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to manage a large workshop of technicians, you will therefore be experienced in supervising colleagues along with the control of work going through the workshop, a Retail Dealership workshop background is desirable. Salary: £55,000 + 10% bonus Shifts: Monday to Friday 40 hours – 08.00-17.00 Skills and Experience * HGV workshop experience at supervisor or above level * Employee (Technician) management / supervisory skills and experience * Identifying employee ongoing training needs * Reporting workshop KPI’s * Budgeting and planning of workshop productivity / efficiency * Customer facing experience with the ability to problem solve * Ideally a level 3 HGV Technician qualification Benefits: * 25 days holiday and rising with service * Pension scheme – 7% matched * Healthcare Cash Back Scheme * Employee discounts
