Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Dudley (DY1)
 Daily Rate: £110-£125 per day
 Contract: Long Term to Permanent
 Days: Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only
 Commutable from: Tipton, Sedgley, Coseley, Stourbridge, Wolverhampton, Halesowen, Oldbury

 A friendly and well-led primary school in Dudley is looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team, providing PPA cover, leading intervention and focus groups and support pupils' learning.

Plan and deliver small group interventions in Phonics, Early Maths, English and Social & Emotional development.
Provide high-quality classroom support.
Step in to cover classes where needed, maintaining consistent routines and behaviour expectations.
Monitor and track pupil progress, feeding back to class teachers and SLT.
Offer targeted support to SEN and vulnerable pupils, adapting your approach to suit a range of needs.
Contribute to wider school initiatives and enrichment activities, including leading clubs or focus groups.About You

Hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent) and have recent experience in a primary setting
Confident in leading whole class teaching when needed
Adaptable and organised, with strong communication and teamwork skills
