Are you an experienced Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is looking for work in a Primary School in Wandsworth?
Are you qualified to Level 4, are an Unqualified Teacher or have at least 1 year experience working as a Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant?
Would you like to work in a mixed role covering classes and working with small groups of children to raise attainment in Maths and English?
January 2026 start

2 Form Entry Primary School
KS1 / KS2 RoleAcademics LTD are currently working with this fantastic two form entry role in Wandsworth to appoint an experienced HLTA / Cover Supervisor to work alongside the teaching team to provide class cover where needed and work with small groups of children to deliver Maths and English intervention.
Applications would be most welcome from Higher Level Teaching Assistant that are flexible and can move from one class or group to another to deliver pre-planned lessons or intervention work. Previous experience working in a Primary school is essential along with a good working knowledge of Key Stage 1 / 2 curriculum.
The school offers a brilliant working environment with happy, valued education staff. You will have the opportunity to take part in regular CPD and training and be part of an efficient team who share best practice and enjoy their time in school.
Children come from a wide range of social and religious backgrounds, who work and play and work well together. Interviews for this role will take place W/C 8th December with the successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant joining the team in January 2026 and handover if possible before ChristmasBefore You Apply
