 Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex | Up to £68,000 per Annum + Outstanding Benefits

Full Time | Established Medium Sized Hme

PSR Solutions are proud to be working with a respected care provider in the search for a dynamic and accomplished Home Manager to lead an established elderly and dementia nursing home in West Sussex.

Our client is seeking a strong, inspirational leader who can take control, provide stability, and continue to drive excellence in care quality and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to build on a solid foundation and bring fresh energy and direction to a well-regarded service.

The Home Manager is supported by an experienced, full time Deputy Nursing Home Manager.

Key Skills:

Nurse-qualified - RGN / RMN / RNLD
Possess a recognised management qualification NVQ4/5 and previous CQC registration experience
Proven leadership experience in managing a nursing or residential care home
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings
Passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care
Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and occupancy
Confident, proactive, and compassionate with excellent communication skillsBenefits:
