Are you an experienced Home Manager ready to take on a ne role near Elgin? Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic General Manager to spearhead the overall management of a medium sized Nursing home . This state-of-the-art facility will provide a warm and welcoming environment for residents, offering exceptional Nursing,residential, and dementia care
This is a fantastic opportunity with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per year. You'll be part of a vibrant community, working in a, modern facility.

As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing all aspects of the care home, including care standards, marketing, recruitment, and training.
Building strong relationships with the team and ensuring the facility remains in top condition and compliant with regulations.
Developing personalised care plans by recognising and assessing individual needs.
Managing budgets and expenditures while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate care, legal, and statutory records.
