Hastings | £55,000 - £65,000 per Annum (DOE)

We are delighted to be partnering with a warm and welcoming family-run care provider in their search for a dedicated and inspirational Home Manager to lead their well-regarded elderly and dementia care home in St Leonards-on-Sea, near Hastings.
This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit team where you will have the autonomy to shape and nurture a homely, person-centred environment while benefiting from the support of a highly engaged family ownership team.
Our client is seeking a confident, compassionate leader who can build on a strong existing foundation, ensuring the home continues to deliver exceptional care and compliance standards while fostering a positive culture for staff and residents alike.
Key Skills
Nurse-qualified (RGN / RMN / RNLD) - desirable but not essential
Relevant management qualification - NVQ5 or equivalent
Proven leadership experience managing a nursing or residential care home
Sound understanding of CQC standards and guidelines
Passionate about person-centred care and empowering teams
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and occupancy
Approachable, proactive, and resilient with excellent communication skillsBenefits
