HR Officer - Temporary - Immediate Start - Cardiff - £16.70 per hour
Yolk Recruitment is working in partnership with an independent body which has influence on health and social care in Wales to recruit an HR Officer. This is a role where your HR knowledge will be utilised and your expertise with the new Employment legislation will be of paramount importance.
What you will be doing:-
Providing advice and guidance when it comes to sickness and grievances
Providing support in relation to the latest employment legislation
Taking notes in meetings to reflect the outcomes and key points of the interaction
What you will bring to the role:
Knowledge of a HR in a Unionised environment
CIPD Level 5 qualification
Good knowledge of the latest Employment laws
Ideally be a Welsh speaker
Good generalist HR backgroundWhat you will get in return:-
