I’m working with a leading food manufacturer looking for an experienced Hygiene Leader to join their team in Somerset.
You’ll lead and motivate a hygiene team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality are consistently met. You’ll manage performance, training, and shift efficiency, while developing a multi-skilled team that takes real pride in their work.
What you’ll need:
Experience in hygiene or industrial cleaning, ideally within food manufacturing.
Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
A hands-on approach and an eye for detail.
