About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage rent accounts and ensure timely collection of income.
* Proactively address arrears and negotiate repayment plans.
* Provide advice and support to tenants on welfare benefits and income maximisation.

* Work closely with housing officers and external agencies to resolve complex cases.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in income management or rent collection within social housing.
* Strong knowledge of housing benefits and Universal Credit.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
