Job Description
Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Industrial Services Operative to join our client's dynamic team in Falkirk. This is a hands-on role supporting a variety of industrial cleaning and maintenance projects across multiple sites.
What's on offer?
A full-time permanent role - 40 hours per week
Working Monday to Friday - with weekend work required
Competitive hourly rate of pay at £13.85 to £21.75 per hour (depending on experience)

Opportunity to progress within a growing industrial services businessWorking as an Industrial Services Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out high-pressure water jetting, tank cleaning, and industrial services operations
Operating equipment safely and efficiently in line with company procedures
Working within confined spaces and hazardous environments when required
Assisting with site preparation, equipment setup, and job completion
Following strict Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards at all times
Completing site documentation and supporting team leaders/supervisorsTo be successful in this Industrial Services Operative role, you will have:
Previous experience in industrial cleaning and high-pressure water jetting operations
Valid industry qualifications (e.g., Water Jetting Association, Confined Space Entry, Safety Passport)
Strong commitment to safety and safe working practices
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Physically fit, reliable, and willing to work in challenging environments
