Job Title: Installations Coordinator (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Hybrid (Office-based & Remote)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Temporary with a view to becoming permanent

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Aylesbury based clients busy, friendly and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a supportive company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Manage customer queries and process orders
Book engineers for jobs and coordinate appointments
Liaise with customers, internal departments, and clients
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up across all stakeholders
Maintain accurate records using in-house systems
Support both new and existing customers with professionalism and care
Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet deadlines and service standards
Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders according to agreed SLA'sWhat We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Confident multitasker with a proactive approach
Good IT skills and experience using internal systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role is desirableWhat We Offer:
