Job Title: Internal Sales
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am-5:30pm (can be flexible)
Pay: £35,000 + bonuses (monthly, quarterly and annually)
This is a permanent role.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our client's team, based within the Burton-on-Trent area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sales & customer service, and a strong ability to engage with clients, helping them find the right products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
* Building relationships with existing clients & Key Accounts, with focus on increasing spend.
* Establishing relationships with new and prospect clients.
* Developing new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails and follow ups.
* Answering customer questions and resolve queries.
* Managing customers’ orders and cross selling products.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
* Previous experience in sales is essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated.
