The Role – Intervention Teaching Assistant

As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will deliver targeted support sessions in English and Maths, working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to ensure pupils make consistent progress. The Intervention Teaching Assistant will monitor pupil development, adapt resources, and provide encouragement to help build confidence and independence.
