Our client is seeking two enthusiastic Inventory Coordinators to join their dynamic Operations team! This is your chance to shine in a role that blends accuracy and collaboration while ensuring seamless fuel transactions. 🌍 About the Role: As an Inventory Coordinator reporting to the Inventory Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in the timely and accurate reconciliation of all fuel transactions within our operational network. You'll work closely with depot site managers and the supply team, ensuring that every transaction is precise and accounted for. This is essential for invoicing customers and maintaining accurate stock levels. Key Responsibilities: Ensure 100% accuracy in customer delivery confirmations for all delivery types. 🚚 Input depot storage dips accurately and verify product on board vehicles. Investigate and raise stock losses with Operational Managers promptly. Participate in weekly stock reconciliation meetings to update on stock variances. Conduct daily stock reconciliations to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain data integrity through accurate record-keeping. Provide proof of deliveries to the Commercial sales team as needed. Communicate regularly with operational staff to ensure adherence to delivery procedures. Report any stock anomalies to the Team Manager swiftly. Complete inventory checklists as required. Engage in monthly 121s for performance reflection and skill enhancement. 🎯 What You'll Need: Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Strong communication and data skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Experience in a logistics environment is a plus.
