We are looking for an IT Server & Support Engineer to join a dynamic team that provides high-quality technical assistance within a corporate environment. This role is based at the company’s headquarters in Zurich and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and IT support to employees onsite and remotely.
Description of the business area and / or project
Services provided by the IT Service Lounge (ITSL) are available for all employees, including external employees and visitors from other Zurich locations inside and outside of Switzerland. The ITSL delivers a value added service that provides easy access and convenience to the customer.
Overview of the Team
The IT Service Lounge team consists of 5 full time employees. The ITSL is located in Zurich, Switzerland and offers IT Support services for approx. 1500 employees onsite and 1000 employees abroad.

Walk-in IT support in company's office
Teams support for home workers
Loan equipment service
Stock management
Repairs
New joiner onboardingEssential skills and qualifications
Broad customer focus with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values
Ability to work independently and responsibly, showcasing a strong work ethic but also to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and insights within the team.
Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication skillsDesired skills and qualifications
Certificate ICT Supporter or similar
Experience in application and network support, incident management, and IT asset management.
Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Mobile operating systems, along with M365 suite, Identity Management, and meeting/conference solutionsCandidate value proposition
